Replacement Only Policy
We do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to replace items that meet the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost.

Size Issues: If the size of your item doesn’t fit as expected, we offer a one-time size replacement. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving your item and ensure it is unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
How to Request a Replacement:
- Email our customer service at support@vibethreads.online with your order number and a photo of the damaged item or a note about the sizing issue.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for the return and ship out your replacement as soon as possible.
Please Note:
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons other than damage or sizing issues.
- Replacements are subject to stock availability.
- Shipping fees for size replacements may apply.
- We will initiate replacement within 2 days and will be shipped in standard method
Special Cases:
- For returning/reputed customer we may offer a store credit which you can use to buy any product from our store
